What is Hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy is the use of water to maintain good health, to aid and prevent disease.
Hydrotherapy is the circulation of bubbles and water which deeply massage and cleanse the body. The Air or Spa system circulates the water which then has the power to improve blood and lymph circulation, release and relax tension in the tissues, lighten pain and calm the nervous system.
Baths and Spas were originally introduced by the Romans as not only a cleaning device but as somewhere to relax and maintain good health. Through generations bathing has carried on. Hydrotherapy has not been as popular. Mainly because it's not been used and recognised. Today it has been re-introduced with modern technology and new designs in whirlpool baths, spa baths and air baths.
Hydrotherapy is can be used on anyone. It mainly benifits people who suffer diseases such as osteoarthritis arthritis, rheumatism , back problems. people who have sports injuries, aches or muscle pain. It is not a cure for any injuries or diseases but it a physical relief and mentally relaxing and circulates the blood.
